In short: Dolil OS uses your and your deeds’ information only to run the service. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Responsibility for other people’s data inside deeds (such as NID) rests with the deed writer. Details below.
Data is handled by Messrs Mollahs IT (proprietor: Md. Yasin Molla), Ghop Nawapara Road, Sadar, Jashore, Bangladesh. Information inside deeds is stored on your instructions and on your behalf; the lawfulness of collecting it, and responsibility for it, is yours.
If you use voice dictation, your browser sends the audio to its own speech service. We do not receive or keep that audio.
To run the service and create deeds, verify payments and keep accounts, give support and fix faults, keep things secure and meet legal obligations. Analytics only if you consent.
We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The parties to a deed are not our customers, but you supply their data. Enter only what the deed needs; we do not verify it and responsibility for its lawfulness is yours (see the Terms). When sending us screenshots for support, blank out NID numbers and personal data.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Deeds and saved data can be deleted by you inside the app. How long things are kept is in the Data Retention Policy. To make a request, see “Contact” below; we respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, securely stored passwords, keeping each organisation’s data separate and limiting staff access. No system is completely secure; if a breach occurs we will notify those affected as the law requires. If you spot a vulnerability, please tell us.
The service is not for people under 18. If this policy is updated it will be published on this page, with notice in the app for material changes.
