Feedback & Reward Program Terms

Last updated: 1 October 2026

When you report a bug, a wording error, a district-specific data gap or a feature idea, we assess it — and give a credit reward for acceptable reports. These terms are part of the Terms of Service.

1. What you can report

  • App bugs or export problems;
  • errors in deed wording or spelling;
  • district- or area-specific data gaps (for example, land classes);
  • print margin or format problems; and
  • ideas for new features.

2. The reward

  • If we verify a report as acceptable and the issue is fixed, 100–200 taka of credit is added to your account. We decide the amount by how much the report matters.
  • Rewards are paid in credits only, not cash; credits follow the Credits & Refunds Policy.
  • If several people report the same issue, the first reporter gets the reward.
  • We normally tell you a report’s status within 7 days. Credit is added after the fix.
  • Our decision on whether a report is acceptable, and the reward amount, is final.

3. What does not qualify

  • Issues already known or reported earlier;
  • false, vague or non-reproducible reports;
  • spam or repeated submission of the same report;
  • trying to exploit a system fault to obtain credits or other benefits; and
  • rewards obtained improperly may be cancelled and action taken against the account.

4. Security vulnerabilities

If you find a security vulnerability, tell us directly first without telling others, and do not try to access or change data or disrupt the service. If you report in good faith like this, we will not take legal action and will consider an appropriate reward.

5. What not to put in a report

Do not include clients’ NID numbers, names, addresses or other personal data in reports or screenshots — blank them out or use made-up data. If you do not, that data reaches us and the responsibility is yours (see the Terms).

6. How we use your report

You allow us to use the content of your report to improve the software without any payment beyond the stated reward. How long report data is kept is in the Data Retention Policy.

7. Changes to the program

We may change or end the program’s reward amounts and rules at any time; changes apply to future reports.
